How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed by the following methods. Please be sure to include the product catalog number, product description, price, and quantity and shipping information.

What are the “Terms and Conditions” of all sales?

Where are your products manufactured?
Our parent company W.H.P.M. Inc. manufactures in Irwindale, CA as well as Beijing, China.
Do you provide free samples?
We are happy to provide a limited number of free product samples to customers. Please contact our Marketing Department at marketing@drugcheck.com with your request.
Do you offer exclusive distributorships?
If you are interested in becoming an exclusive distributor in your area, we would be happy to review your marketing proposal, as well as your company history to determine options for exclusivity.
Can I request special labeling?
We continue to offer flexible options in custom assembly alongside our DrugCheck® brand products. As an OEM Manufacturer we can furnish custom designed pouches, labels, and kits to meet your specific needs.
If the product is not on your product list, does it mean it is unavailable?
We are happy to offer custom product configurations. Please contact our Marketing Department at marketing@drugcheck.com with details of your request.
What is your Return Policy?
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, and we will address all customer concerns promptly. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained from CareHealth America prior to returning any product. Refunds or credits are given at the discretion of CareHealth America. Authorized returns made at the customers request, and not resulting from action initiated by CareHealth America, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. CareHealth America is not responsible for products that have expired, were used improperly, or were stored incorrectly.
